Rebecca Schramm

Project Manager

As Humble’s Project Manager, Rebecca brings professionalism, attention to detail, and enthusiasm to clients and participants of programs alike, motivating people along their entrepreneurial journey.

For Rebecca, delivering valuable, efficient and impactful programs is an underappreciated art form. She believes that projects must start with a focus on collaboration and teams, and end with a lasting impact on participants and clients – that is, with a constant focus on people. Embracing challenges as catalysts for growth, Rebecca sees every obstacle as an opportunity for learning. She takes the time to reflect on project outcomes, learn from them, and implement improvements in future initiatives. This continuous improvement mindset drives her ability to effect positive change and leave a lasting impact.

As Humble’s Project Manager, Rebecca brings professionalism, attention to detail, timeliness, and enthusiasm to clients and participants of programs alike, motivating people along their entrepreneurial journey. Thus it’s not just about managing projects; she creates pathways for ideas to grow, overseeing each stage of the project lifecycle with a keen eye and ensuring that every detail aligns perfectly with the overarching goals.

Throughout her time at Humble, Rebecca has been responsible for coordinating and organising a variety of programs on local, national and international levels. Most recently, she was involved in the delivery of Humble’s 2023 Market Entry programs, leading two cohorts of 18 businesses through an intensive strategy program in Australia and helping to facilitate trade missions in London. She also helped to create and develop the program curriculum for UNE’s Kickstarter 2022, a regional NSW schools program that enabled 144 Year 9 students to pitch an original product idea to a panel, just as entrepreneurs would. As well as contributing to Humble’s many business programs, Rebecca has also lent her project managing skills to companies in educational fields – including the Future Leaders Network, Rainbow Bridge Education and Mr T’s Phonics.

Outside of Humble, Rebecca is passionate about connecting with people across barriers and borders, languages and cultures. To this end, she can be found most regularly in cafes, practising German or French, and exploring the depths of human psychology.
