Humble’s sister organisation, Future Leaders Network, was commissioned by AstraZeneca to design and deliver a leadership program for the company’s “early talent”.

AstraZeneca is a purpose-led organisation – both in terms of its business goals (embedding environmental and ethical sustainability at the heart of their work) and in terms of its approach to corporate personal and professional development strategy. 

We created a program which supported early talent to discover their personal purpose, connect this with their team’s work and relate it to AstraZeneca’s purpose and improved business outcomes.
